SUV Seized For Evidence Finally Returned to Innocent Man

Jose Aguirre’s car was taken by the state for possible evidence retrevial from a cold case murder. He was told it would only take 2-3 weeks to get his car back. 8 months later still no word on when he would receive his car, Jose reached out the NBC 5 Investigates for help. Lisa Parker reports.
