Blues Festival Offers Daley Plaza Preview

Blues fans got an early treat Monday at noon at a preview event for the Chicago Blues Festival. Nellie “Tiger” Travis performed at Daley Plaza in anticipation of the big event, scheduled for June 6-9 at Millenium Park.
