As the Chicago Bears experience more success on the field, those fans looking to get into Soldier Field to see the Monsters of the Midway are being urged to use caution in where they purchase their tickets.

On Friday, the Bears released a statement saying that there has been a recent rise in the number of counterfeit tickets being sold, most notably on Craigslist.

The team’s only official ticketing partners are Ticketmaster and the NFL Ticket Exchange.

“Purchases through unauthorized third-party sources cannot be verified and may turn out to be counterfeit, or tickets not valid for entry,” the team said. “Fans should avoid making ticket purchases from Craigslist sellers, as many counterfeits are coming from this source.”
