Every minute counts when catching Metra trains in or out of the city. Plan ahead for minor schedule changes starting Sunday.

The changes include trains on the Milwaukee North, Milwaukee West, Southwest Service and Heritage Corridor lines.

Departure times at certain stops, or running time between stations, will change by about one to four minutes, according to Metra.

These changes are being made so schedules more accurately reflect the actual operating conditions, according to Metra.

The departure time of outbound Milwaukee Train No. 2121 will remain at its current departure time of 2:35 p.m., after a proposal to advance the time by 10 minutes was declined.

To view the new schedule times visit Metra's website.
