Teen Finds Needle in Burger

The 14-year-old Massachusetts girl was eating her double cheeseburger from McDonalds when she found a piece of needle or syringe inside. Health officials believe that it was a piece of a veterinary needle that must have gotten into the food chain at the meat packing plant in Ohio.
