Chicago's Forecast: Tornado watch until 7pm; torrential rain in afternoon storms

Afternoon and evening storms may bring damaging winds and lead to flash flooding

THIS AFTERNOON: Strong storms expected through 5pm. Heavy rain will still be possible after 5pm. Damaging winds and tornadoes are possible south and east of I-55 through NW Indiana. Flash flooding is also possible from torrential rain.

THURSDAY: Chance of showers early in the morning. Then partly cloudy with highs in the low 80s.
