November Warms Up

Someone needs to remind mother nature that it's November in Chicago.

She's playing it more like June, today.

The forecast calls for highs in the upper 60s today, and the temps could make a run at the 69-degree record that was set in 1913.

It's not all hunky dory, however. Rain is on the way, too.

Per today's forecast:

Monday: Cloudy, breezy and mild with a only a few spotty showers early, but showers and a few thunderstorms become more widespread later this morning.  Mostly cloudy and windy with near record warmth (record high is 69 at O'hare) this afternoon with more showers and a few gusty thunderstorms expected at times.  High 65-68.  Wind: SSW 10-20 with gusts to 30 mph.

Monday night: Showers ending early, then clearing, breezy and colder.  Lows from 28 well inland to 36 in the city.

Enjoy it while it lasts, Tuesday temps will hover around the 30s. Brrr.
