Hurricane Matthew slammed into Haiti at Category 4 storm on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, killing more than 280 and triggering, what many fear, is the country's biggest disaster in years. The storm battered the Bahamas on Thursday before it begun lashing the U.S. Atlantic coast. The storm weakened on Saturday, but caused at least 10 deaths in the U.S., widespread power outages and record flooding in some areas.
