Two people were hurt Tuesday night in a crash that sent one vehicle into a building on Chicago's south side.
The crash happened at around 8:30 p.m. near East 57th Street and South St. Lawrence Avenue. The impact from the crash apparently sent the truck into the building.
Officials from Chicago's Department of Buildings were on the scene assessing the structural integrity of the building and trying to determine whether residents could stay in their apartments.
