Traffic on the Ontario feeder ramp to the outbound Kennedy Expressway was blocked Tuesday during the evening rush hour after a gate malfunctioned, according to Illinois State Police.
Police said the Illinois Department of Transportation was en route to the scene just after 6 p.m. It was not immediately clear when the issue would be fixed.
