February is a rough month. It's cold and the holidays are over -- well, except for Groundhog Day and Valentine's Day. Last we checked, few employers offered a day off to celebrate Punxsutawney Phil.
But, A Pied shoe boutique in Roscoe Village is throwing caution to the wind and celebrating the furry forecaster.
Stop in before Monday, February 2nd, and predict whether Phil will see his shadow. If you guess right, you win a $20 gift certificate. Take your pick of boots, which will all be 40-50 percent off the first week of February, or pumps and shoes at 30 percent off.
You may need those boots if Phil sees his shadow.
