New Cubs president Theo Epstein has found a home sweet Chicago home.
According to Crain's, Epstein paid $3.25 million for the five-bedroom, six-bathroom new-construction home on Greenview Avenue.
The house is close to Wrigley Field, naturally.
Epstein's new neighbors include Rosie O'Donnell, who also recently bought a home nearby.
The house was initially contracted to Chicago Blackhawks player Patrick Sharp for $2.9 million, but the deal fell through, according to Crain's.
