So in that vein, Sprinkles, which is rumored to be moving into the Windy City sometime in the next century (we'll believe it when we smell it), has announced a BFF contest.
No, it has no relation to Paris Hilton and her friend-finding reality show tactics. Instead, the cupcake company has decided that when their Facebook page reaches 100,000 friends, they will randomly chose someone as the winner of an all-expenses-paid trip for two to visit the first Sprinkles Bakery – right smack in the middle of posh Beverly Hills.
The lucky winner will dine and have a bakery tour with founder and pastry chef, Candace Nelson, shack up at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and enjoy free cupcakes each day during the trip. As if you won’t get your fill by the end, you’ll be send home with 12 Sprinkles Cupcakes mixes – including the spice mix which will debut in fall of 09 - and a Sprinkles cupcake tray to seal the deal.
Looks like being Sprinkles Best Friend Forever has way more benefits that being Paris Hilton’s. Sorry Paris.
