Feeling the Pinch? Check Out Shaw's Crab Festival

When post-holiday bills (and pounds) and the blustery winter weather get to be too much, take refuge in Shaw's Crab House. Crab Festival 2009 will be in full swing at both Shaw's locations (River North and Schaumburg) the entire month of January, with some -- ahem -- snappy deals.

Get your claws on a three-course, family-style crab feast with all of the fixings -- New England clam chowder, Dungeness crab, Alaskan king crab, Maryland-style crab cakes, au gratin potatoes, creamed spinach, cole slaw and a slice of key lime pie -- for $39.99 per person (minimum of two diners). The Dungeness crab dinner, which offers two pounds of Dungeness crab meat served with au gratin potatoes and cole slaw for $29.99 per person, is another way to eat like a king without feeling the pinch in your wallet.
