Three Floyds Brewing Co., the pride of Munster, Indiana and a widely acclaimed craft brewer, will get the star treatment at Chicago's Tavern at the Park for a special beer dinner on Tuesday, July 21. The five-course feast will feature pairings with a variety of Three Floyds' popular potions.
Tavern at the Park, the clubby, sophisticated dining destination located on the north end of Millennium Park, will host the event starting at 6:30PM. Exec chef Mike Cisternino will team up with Three Floyds' Lincoln Anderson to create perfect pairings of seasonal dishes and freshly made brews.
Some menu highlights for the evening: a ceviche of shrimp, lobster, scallops and cuttlefish paired with Jinx Proof, a Czech-style pilsner; tempura-fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with braised duck accompanied by Robert the Bruce, a Scottish-inspired ale; and barley cake with burnt caramel gelato joined by Behemoth Barley Wine.
