CLAMOR HERE: Fulton's on the River kicks off its popular "Get Baked On The River" summer clambake series tonight -- an all you can eat clambake with two craft brews for $25 per guest. Every Tuesay through August 3 guests can enjoy live music on picnic tables while wolfing down assorted clams with brown butter bread crumbs, mussels, corn on the cob, roasted potatoes, shrimp, chilled watermelon salad, boursin potato salad and honey jalapeño corn bread. SUMMER JAZZ: The Museum of Contemporary Art's popular summer series Tuesdays on the Terrace kicks off tonight with a performance by Scott Burns.
