There are two words in the English language that are 100 percent guaranteed to bring a smile to our faces: Party Bus. And when that Party Bus is headed to WingFest for all-you-can-eat chicken wings from some of the best poultry places in the city, well, that Party Bus may as well have taken a detour right to heaven, as far as we're concerned.
We told you about the 10th Annual Chicago WingFest held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22 at the Bailey Auditorium, 1340 W. Washington Blvd. where the best wing-slinging restaurants in town will compete for bragging rights, and more than 2,000 chicken lovers will gorge themselves on the tiniest part of the bird. Timothy O'Toole's, one of the competitors in WingFest is offering a bus service/event ticket package. For $35, guests receive a ticket to Wing Fest (worth $24) bus service to and from the event, beer on bus and a Timothy O'Toole's T-shirt. Over all, you're getting a great deal and a designated driver on a PARTY BUS. (need we say more?)
Cheer on Chef Sean O'Brien as he submits his "Chipotle BBQ" wings and "Volcanic" hot wings in the competition. The bus departs from Timothy O'Toole's Pub, 622 N. Fairbanks Court, at 11 a.m. Call Timothy O'Toole's to reserve your seat on the bus: 312-642-0700.
