Lincoln Park Young Professionals parties are usually lavish affairs, held in the city's hottest hotels and even most recently, taking over Banana Republic's flagship Michigan Avenue Store.
And the ticket price usually isn't terribly bad either, typically never more than 25 bucks.
But you'll especially like the price of this week's LPYP appreciation event -- free. The group is taking over West Loop hot spot Bon V (1100 W. Randolph) from 6 - 8 p.m. on Friday for a networking mixer.
Load up on free SKYY vodka martinis and hors d'ouevres from local The Melting Pot, Paulo and Monica's Pizzeria and more.
Bring business cards because you'll need one to get in, and more importantly, you'll need it to impress that gal waiting in line at the bar. Or perhaps you'll be trying to weasel your way forward, because when it comes to a two-hour open bar, all bets are off.
