You’re lookin’ a little scrubby lately, has anyone told you you’re way past due for a haircut?
Hold out until this weekend and you’ll be helping support a good cause while you simultaneously improve your looks. State Street Barber’s Southport location will be hosting Cubs ace starter Ryan Dempster this Saturday from 1-3 p.m. He’ll be on hand signing autographs and taking pictures with fans.
As a long-time customer of State Street Barbers, Dempster is helping spread the word about his organization, Dempster Family Foundation, which was founded in honor of his daughter affected by 22q11.2 Deletion (DiGeorge Syndrome).
Barber shop visitors can win raffle prizes and a chance to win an autographed jersey, autographed baseballs, State Street Barber services and, of course, Cubs tickets (including an on-field experience).
