Bill and Giuliana Rancic have someone new in their lives.
The reality show couple and part-time Chicago residents welcomed a baby boy, named Edward "Duke" Rancic, Wednesday night. Bill Rancic tweeted early Thursday the newborn weighs 7 pounds, 4 ounces.
"The ‘Duke’ has landed!" he said. "G & I feel blessed beyond words...We did it!"
The couple publicly struggled with infertility before finding out Giuliana had breast cancer. They shared her diagnosis with fans on the Today Show.
The Rancics revealed in April that a gestational carrier is carrying the baby, which means the baby has the couple's full DNA.
