High Sage: In a highball glass, fill ¾ with ice add combined mixture of 1oz simple syrup and 1.5oz gin. Layer mixture with 4 cucumbers when pouring over ice. Fill with Moet Necture and garnish with fresh sage sprig.
Black 75: In a coupe glass (wide mouth champagne glass) shake with ice 1.5oz black cherry vodka, .5 oz lemon juice, .5oz simple syrup. Strain mixture into glass, fill with Moet Necture and garnish with lemon wheel and cherry.
