A 31-year-old man who was shocked repeatedly with a Taser during a struggle with LAPD officers in Venice in January died from the effects of heart failure and cocaine use, according to newly released autopsy findings.

Starting in January, Venice will oblige day-trippers to make reservations and pay a fee to visit the historic lagoon city.
