Toy Drive

As the need grows for holiday gifts amid the coronavirus pandemic, a toy drive in Chicago’s West Pullman neighborhood is asking for more donations to meet the increased demand this year.

Santa Claus got a little help from the Chicago Police Department Sunday, an early Christmas for hundred of kids this year as part of a huge holiday celebration toy giveaway. NBC 5’s Christian Farr reports.

The holiday season is usually a time for giving but one area church is struggling this year in their effort to help children. NBC 5’s Charlie Wojciechowski tells us how they’re hoping you can help change that.
