As Illinois enters Tier 3 of coronavirus mitigations Friday, small businesses shared their concerns and a push encouraging customers to shop local. NBC 5’s Charlie Wojiechowski reports.

Small business owners have been especially hard hit during the coronavirus crisis with money ear-marked to help having evaporated after the launch of the emergency relief. Now, Illinois owners are trying to hold on and hoping more money is on the way. NBC 5’s Regina Waldroup reports.
