Gov. JB Pritzker on Thursday said the rest of Illinois’ first-week allotment of 109,000 Pfizer vaccine doses has arrived and is being distributed across the state. He also reminded residents to avoid gatherings during upcoming holidays.

Potential first-dose dates are being set at hospitals around the Chicago area as health care professionals see a shift in opinion about whether people will get the vaccine. NBC 5’s Mary Ann Ahern reports.
