Sheen's Scene: First is was his wife, and now Charlie Sheen is in rehab too. Sheen's rep tells People the "Two and a Half Men" star is taking some time off from the show to get treatment as a "preventative measure." Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller went into rehab earlier this month. Sources tell TMZ the couple's two kids are with her at her treatment facility. We haven't heard the exact reasons for either Sheen or Mueller's stay at the centers, but both have had issues with drug and alcohol abuse.

Sports Suspension: ESPN puts "Pardon the Interruption" host Tony Kornhesier on suspension for 2 weeks for making some seriously offensive comments about "SportsCenter' anchor Hannah Storm. The Huffington Post says Kornheiser commented on an outfit Storm wore during a recent broadcast saying her "Catholic school plaid skirt" was "way too short for somebody" her age. He also called her shirt a "sausage casing." Kornheiser did apologize for the inappropriate remarks.

Fashion Fiasco: The fight continues between CBS and the FCC over Janet Jackson's Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction. Yes, that was six years ago. CBS doesn't want to pay the $550,000 fine, insisting the network wasn't responsible for the nipple nudity, according to the AP. And here's the good news for anyone who's still interested, if that's possible, you can watch the entire re-hearing on C-SPAN, Perez Hilton reports.

Opening Acts: It was ladies night on American Idol and according to Simon Cowell, a woman will win this season. Something you also may have noticed, a move on the judge's panel. Host Ryan Seacrest introduced the judges, noting that Ellen DeGeneres and Cowell were sitting at opposite ends of the table, even though they sat side-by-side during Hollywood week, according to Extra. "We had a little problem and I felt like it's safer over here. Simon wants me. He's got, like, a thing for me," DeGeneres said. Or could there already be conflict between the two?
