NBC5 News Today has selected three football games to be featured on our Prep Destination of the week!
This week's nominees are:
*Bolingbrook (11-1) at Naperville Central (9-3)
*Prairie Ridge (11-1) at Batavia (12-0)
*Wheaton Warrenville South (9-3) at St. Rita (10-2)
Here's what you need to know about these teams:
*Bolingbrook and Naperville Central are both in the semi-finals for the first time in ten years.
*Prairie Ridge has lost 2 straight years in the semi-finals to the State Champion, while Batavia will be hosting a semi-final game for the first time in school history.
*Wheaton Warrenville South is the two-time defending 7A Champ and rallied from a 1-3 start to get to the semi-finals, while St. Rita will host a semi-final game for the first time since 2003.
