Picnic Greek Salad

Red Wine Vinaigrette
½ cup olive oil
½ cup red wine vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoons dried oregano
¾ teaspoons black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¾ teaspoons sugar
Greek Salad
1 cup diced green peppers
20 cherry tomatoes halved
2 cups cucumbers peeled and dice
½ cup red onions
3 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 cup kalamata olives pitted and halved
1. Place all ingredients of red wine vinaigrette in mixing bowl and whisk together till blended and let stand for 30 minutes
2. Place all ingredients from greek salad EXCEPT FETA CHEESE in a mixing bowl
3. Whisk vinaigrette add to salad ingredients and mix till well combined
4. Place in serving bowl top with feta cheese and serve with a smile
