Report: Zach LaVine Signs Offer Sheet, but Bulls to Match

After Zach LaVine signed an offer sheet with the Sacramento Kings, the Bulls had a big decision to make, and it appears they have.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Chicago Bulls  will indeed match the four-year, $78 million offer sheet that the Kings signed LaVine to on Friday night.

According to Yahoo’s Shams Charania, the Kings agreed to the contract with LaVine early Friday night, and although they had 48 hours to decide, the Bulls will reportedly opt to keep the forward.

After being acquired from the Minnesota Timberwolves in a blockbuster deal that sent Jimmy Butler northward, LaVine appeared in 24 games for the team. He averaged 16.7 points and 3.9 rebounds per game with the Bulls.
