What Do You Need to Know About the Seahawks?

Like the Bears, they have a strong defense and spotty performance on offense. The Seahawks allow just 16.8 points per game, ranking them third in the league behind San Francisco and Chicago. They are particularly good at stopping the pass, thanks in large part to Richard Sherman, who has four interceptions and 15 broken up passes. He and Brandon Browner were both suspended by the NFL for violating the substance policy, but they are expected to play on Sunday as the league hears their appeal.

Marshawn Lynch has already been a force for the Seahawks this season, as he is up to 1,051 rushing yards. He's ranked third in the league in yardage, and has lost a fumble just once. But when it comes to touchdowns, the Seahawks rely on the pass. Golden Tate and Sidney Rice each have six touchdowns.

Russell Wilson is the one sending up those touchdown passes. The rookie quarterback won the job over former Packers' back-up Matt Flynn by impressing at training camp. He's performed well since then, earning a passer rating of 93.8 in 11 starts. His biggest weakness is no surprise for a rookie -- Wilson is turnover-prone. He has fumbled the ball five times and has thrown eight picks.

The Bears have a rough recent history with the Seahawks. During the Caleb Hanie portion of last season, the Bears lost 38-14 to Seattle. Though both teams will have a different quarterback on Sunday, you can bet Chicago will be looking for revenge.
