MLB Game Summary – Chicago Cubs at LA Angels of Anaheim

Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - Kendry Morales had a grand slam as part of a two- hit day, as the Los Angeles Angels downed the Chicago Cubs, 8-2, in spring training play.

Dustin Moseley allowed two runs on four hits and a walk as part of a four- inning start for the Angels. Moseley also struck out four. Howie Kendrick and Luis Figueroa each went 1-for-2 with a run batted in for LA, which pounded out 10 hits, only one of them for extra-bases -- Morales' homer in a six-run second inning.

Chad Gaudin gave up all six of those runs, as he pitched just 1 2/3 frames in the start for the Cubs. He allowed four walks and five hits, and didn't fan a batter. Bobby Scales went 1-for-2 with a double and two RBI in the loss.
