It was a very close race, but ultimately, Fremd at Conant High School is the winner of this week's Prep Destination!
Voting ended at noon on Wednesday, with our NBC 5 News Today Facebook poll rallying up a total of 10,203 votes.
Fremd at Conant High School racked up a total of 4,064 votes, while Marian Catholic at St. Patrick trailed in second place with 4,019 votes.
Tinley Park at Lemont High School got third place with 2,120 votes.
