Foul-Mouthed Guillen Sends His Last Tweet

Former White Sox manager sends final message to nearly 231,000 followers

Ozzie Guillen is finally censoring himself…from the Twitter world, at least.

The former White Sox manager on Thursday sent his last tweet to his nearly 231,000 followers in his typical Spanglish dialogue:

"My last tweet. Me ultimo tweet good luck buena suerte," he wrote.

Guillen’s unfiltered speech has landed him in trouble multiple times, especially after the Miami Marlins manager voiced his admiration for Fidel Castro in April. Guillen’s comment caused international outrage, resulting in a five-game suspension.

"People are nasty, nasty. I don’t need that. I don’t need the aggravation," said Guillen, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Bets are being placed on how quickly he will be back on Twitter.
