Reds, Indians Throw Barbs at Each Other's Home Cities in Twitter Showdown

We've got Twitter beef between the Cubs and White Sox rivals from the state of Ohio.

The Reds and Indians are playing their four-game Battle of Ohio series this week, and the Reds came down on Cleveland in a pregame tweet with all the force of Cincinnati behind it.

Oh my. That almost hurts as much as LeBron leaving the Cavaliers the first time.

The Indians account had a pretty good comeback, poking fun at Cincinnati not having an NBA team. The Reds then dug their heels even further into the joke.

The Sacramento Kings were known as the Cincinnati Royals from 1957-72, so, the Reds technically are right, considering Cincinnati's current (non-existent) NBA team has never lost a game.

Cleveland came back with one final attempt at winning the Twitter duel, insulting Cincinnati's notorious Skyline Chili.

Good, but not good enough. The Reds win this Twitter showdown, at least according to this outsider spectator.
