Former Cubs ace Jon Lester moved on to the Nationals as a free agent this past offseason, and now he's officially moving out of his Chicago home.
Lester and his wife, Farrah, recently put his Graceland West home on the market, the Chicago Tribune's Bob Goldsborough reported Tuesday. The 7,000-square-foot home is listed at $5.995 million.
The home has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and an outdoor kitchen and sits on an 82-foot lot. Check out a few photos:

Lester, 37, spent six seasons on the North Side (2015-20), helping the Cubs snap their World Series drought in 2016. He and the club expressed mutual interest in a reunion this winter before he moved on to Washington, reuniting with manager and former Cubs bench coach Davey Martinez.
