Chicago Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant had to move his honeymoon to accommodate the team’s season, but even as he embarks on the trip, he’s still running into issues.

According to Bryant’s Twitter feed, he and his wife Jessica missed their check-in for their flight on Friday afternoon, and he took to social media to spread some lessons to his fans:

“Finally getting the chance to take our honeymoon but we missed our check in by 30 seconds,” he said. “Where’s the team sponsor love?”

Bryant, whose Cubs were knocked out of the playoffs in the 2017 NLCS, won’t have to report to Arizona until February for spring training, and so he’s taking his honeymoon now. He was married back in January, with teammate Anthony Rizzo serving as one of his groomsman.

Hopefully for his sake he’ll remember the advice that his dad gave him:

“If you’re not 15 minutes early, you’re late,” Bryant said.
