The Doc, also known as former Chicagoan known as Ray Lampe, has become a well-known author and chef . The NFL dubbed him Dr. BBQ, and he's executive chef of Justin Timberlake's Manhattan BBQ joint. He's been making the rounds offering reviews of NFL pregame parties to promote his latest effort, The NFL Gameday Cookbook.
The ffered his analysis on Chicagoans last week when the Bears took on the Detroit Lions.
"I truly get tired of seeing all these burgers and brats," he told the Chicago Sun-Times.
