UFC light heavyweight Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has pleaded guilty to felony evading and reckless driving. He will have to do community service, pay restitution and get a mental health evaluation, and if he's done that within a year the felony will be dropped.
From the Orange County Register:
"No one wants to get to jail," he said after in an interview after pleading guilty. "But my main concern was that no one got hurt. I am so relieved and happy that no one was injured."...
"I feel sorry for everything that happened, and I apologize," he said.
This is more or less the result that Jackson and the UFC hoped for, and it gets Jackson closer to having this behind him -- and to getting a UFC light heavyweight title shot.
