Michelle Wiberg: "I used to do this race in high school, when they still served green bagels. With little kids, I haven't been running it recently, but it's my turn-- this is my thing!"

John Dugger (left): "I don't train. I've run it four or five times and it's mind over matter. [I'm looking forward to] finishing! And the beer at the end."nMatt Skindzier: "It's fun!"

Alex Conejo: "This is my first time doing the Shamrock Shuffle. I've done six Chicago marathons, but this year I'm taking a break and doing a lot of little races. I'm looking forward to the whole experience-- all the races in Chicago are different from anywhere else, and this is nice to be able to bring your kids and your family to something like this and show them that it's not just about running. It's the experience."

Caroline Linares: "This is my second year doing this race. Last year my sisters and I did it all together, but this year I'm the only one that signed up. I've been training on my own, and I'm excited for tomorrow! The energy is great, and people are always trying to have fun and run faster.
