Ryan Tannehill Ruled Out for Bears Game

Tannehill suffered a shoulder injury earlier this year and aggravated it last week

The Chicago Bears’ defense has been making life difficult for opposing quarterbacks all season long, but on Sunday, they'll be targeting a back-up quarterback on South Beach.

The Miami Dolphins played things very close to the vest as to the condition of their starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who has been dealing with a shoulder injury for several weeks. Tannehill popped up on the team’s injury report Friday, and won't be able to play Sunday against the Bears.

Instead, Brock Osweiler will be under center for the Dolphins as they attempt to beat the 3-1 Bears. Osweiler has appeared in one game this season, completing four passes in five attempts and throwing a touchdown against the New England Patriots.

When he gets on the field, he'll be facing one of the NFL’s most aggressive pass rushes, led by star defensive end Khalil Mack, who has at least one sack and one forced fumble in each of his first four games with the team.
