The Chicago Cubs' game against the Atlanta Braves has been postponed due to weather, the team announced Sunday. 

With rain, cold temperatures, and even snow in the forecast, Major League Baseball opted to cancel the game, which is the final one between the teams in Chicago this season. 

The Cubs announced that the makeup date for the game will be May 14, and all tickets to Sunday's game will be honored at that contest.
