WATCH: Blackhawks Pay Tribute to Duncan Keith in Pregame Ceremony

Keith is just the sixth Blackhawks player to appear in 1,000 games with the team

Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith was honored before Saturday’s game with a ceremony marking his 1,000th career NHL game, and the team put together an epic tribute video for the blue liner.

Keith became just the sixth Blackhawks player to appear in 1,000 or more games with the team when he hit the milestone, and the three-time Stanley Cup champion is just the 58th player in NHL history to play at least 1,000 games with one team.

Here is the tribute video the team put together for the defenseman:

The Blackhawks also gave Keith a silver hockey stick, which was presented to him by Brent Seabrook and Patrick Sharp, and a painting, which was unveiled by Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane.
