The Chicago CubsWorld Series victory is being celebrated by people from all walks of life, but even actors performing in the hottest show in the city are getting swept up in Cubs fever.

A day after the Cubs clinched the championship, the cast of the smash-hit musical “Hamilton” closed out a performance at the PrivateBank Theatre by leading a sing-along of the tune “Go, Cubs, Go” with the crowd:

The song choice is an inspired one, but it isn’t the first time that “Hamilton” and the Cubs have crossed paths.

During the playoffs, a group of Cubs fans recorded a parody of the show’s first song “Alexander Hamilton” to honor the team’s run at a championship, and Lin-Manuel Miranda even replied to a tweet from the Cubs that referenced the song “My Shot,” one of the more memorable tunes from the musical.
