Three Cubs landed in the top seven on the list

The Chicago Cubs have one of the best records in the National League, and the team's success has translated into thousands of fans buying new jerseys this season. 

On Friday, Major League Baseball revealed its top 20 selling jerseys of the 2018 season, and three Cubs players landed in the top seven spots on the list. 

Infielder Javier Baez, who is having an MVP-caliber season and has delighted fans with his prodigious power and sparkling defense, is the best-selling of the group, checking in at number three on the list.

First baseman Anthony Rizzo, a Gold Glove winner and the team's emotional leader, is the sixth-best selling jersey in the game, and former NL MVP Kris Bryant checked in just behind his "Bryzzo-mate" at number seven. 

New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge is number one on the list, one of two Yankees to make the top-10. Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve is number two, with Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw and Boston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts rounding out the top five behind Baez.
