The Chicago Blackhawks continued their victory tour by bringing the famed Stanley Cup to NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Monday.
Winning-goal scorer Patrick Kane led the team on to the stage at the end of the nightly monologue holding the Cup over his head.
Following close behind was the Conn Smythe Award-winning playoff MVP/team captain Jonathan Toews, defensemen Brent Seabrook and Duncan Keith -- the latter of whom famously lost seven teeth during Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals against the San Jose Sharks.
Leno asked 21-year-old Kane what it was going through his mind when he scored the game-winning goal.
"It was pretty unbelievable," said Kane. "I think it’s every kid’s dream to actually do that and I think I was the only one that probably knew it went in at the time, but it was pretty exciting and we won the Stanley Cup. It’s a great feeling to bring the cup back to Chicago."
After reliving some playoff moments, Kane, Toews, Seabrook and Keith sat in with music director Rickey Minor and The Tonight Show Band for the remainder of the show.
In March, shortly after the winter Olympics ended, the entire team made an appearance on the show, and members of the U.S. and Canadian hockey teams showed off their gold and silver medals.
