Dwyane Wade will not play in Chicago.
Chris Bosh plans to join him in Miami to form a potent 1-2 punch for the Miami Heat, according to ESPN’s Chris Broussard.
"What's all the fuss about this morning?" Bosh wrote on his Twitter account this morning. "I woke up to a ton of emails, texts and missed calls."
No word on where LeBron James will play just yet. He’s expected to announce his decision Thursday evening during a one-hour special on ESPN.
The terms of the pairing are unknown. The Heat may be able to work a sign-and-trade for the power forward, which will allow them to give Bosh a maximum contract of $125 million.
Wade gave many Chicagoans hope after he attended two meetings with Bulls management last week to discuss the future.
But it appears he’s staying in South Beach.
