Oprah Signs With Rahm's Brother Ari Emanuel

Let's hug it out.

Oprah Winfrey has switched talent agencies and signed with Ari Emanuel, the Hollywood agent brother of Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the inspiration for Jeremy Piven's "Entourage" character, Ari Gold.

Winfrey's Chicago-founded production company Harpo also signed with Emanuel agency WME, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The move came a week after the Queen of Daytime's interview with Lance Armstrong, which was watched by 28 million people.

Winfrey ended her top-rated show in Chicago in May 2011 after 25 years on the air. She left the show and the Windy City to run her OWN network full time from L.A.

Media analysts said the Armstrong interview was a major win for Winfrey and her struggling network. Landing Winfrey isn't bad for Ari Emanuel either -- or brother Rahm, whose exposure to "Entourage" earned him a fan boy.

Actor Mark Wahlberg, in town recently to promote his new film "Broken City," told reporters he loves everything about Chicago's mayor and the city should rest easy knowing he's in City Hall.
