Governor, GOP Leaders Call on Indiana Attorney General to Resign

Curtis Hill groped several women at a party, legislative inquiry says

Indiana's Republican Gov. Eric Holcomb and the GOP leaders of the Statehouse have called on Attorney General Curtis Hill to resign following accusations he groped several women while intoxicated at a party.

The state's top Republican leaders issued statements Thursday after an internal legislative inquiry reported that four women accused Hill of inappropriate touching, including one lawmaker who said he groped her after she had told him to back off.

The report was leaked to the media.

Activists are planning a weekend march to call for Hill to resign. Organizers say in a Facebook post that Saturday's march will begin at the Indiana Statehouse.
