Randy and Evi Quaid Facing Arrest Warrants For Missed Court Date

It may seem like deja vu, but a Hollywood funny man and his wife and wanted by the law for skipping a court date. Again.

Randy and Evi Quaid are facing arrest warrants after they failed to show up for a court date in Santa Barbara, Calif., for a hearing about allegations that they were squatting in a house they once owned, reports People.

The deputy district attorney for Santa Barbara told the Associated Press that $50,000 warrants had been issued for the couple after missing their October 18 arraignment on residential burglary charges.

This is not the first instance of the "National Lampoon" star being on the lam from the law. The couple was arrested last year in Texas on charges of defrauding an innkeeper of $10,000 by not paying their bill during a stay.

The case will be called again on October 26 and they have until then to turn themselves in freely.
