Man Who Torched Baltimore Drugstore During Freddie Gray Protests Arrested

A man in connection with the fire that badly damaged a Baltimore drugstore during Freddie Gray protests has been arrested, authorities said Wednesday. Raymon Carter, 24, is charged with arson in federal court, accused of having set the fire that torched a CVS pharmacy that was located in the middle of the rallies, Baltimore police and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said. CVS said it would rebuild the store and a second one that was badly burned during the riots.
